When should you notify VUMI® Canada about scheduled treatments?

In order to receive scheduled medical services and guarantee direct payment to the provider (if applicable), insureds must notify VUMI® Canada at least 72 hours before a medical treatment. In case of a medical emergency, the insured must notify VUMI® Canada within 72 hours after such emergency.

Notification / Pre-Certification

Complete the Notification / Pre-Certification Form for a medical procedure or event. You will receive a confirmation email and our medical team will contact you shortly thereafter.

Send an e-mail to notifycanada@vumigroup.com with your policy information and the medical service you received or are due to receive, along with all related documents, such as medical reports, diagnoses, bills, etc.
